1) Scope of Application
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) of BG Investment GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) apply to all contracts between a buyer (“Client”) and the Seller regarding goods and/or services presented in the Seller’s online shop. The Client’s own terms are expressly excluded unless otherwise agreed.
1.2 Use of the Seller’s website constitutes the Client’s agreement to be bound by these GTC.
1.3 The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Clients will be informed of significant changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the online shop after changes take effect constitutes agreement to the revised GTC.
1.4 The Client consents to electronically accessing, signing, and authenticating documents in compliance with the E-SIGN Act, UETA, and applicable state laws. Electronic signatures hold the same legal weight as ink signatures, and documents may be retained solely in electronic format.
2) Conclusion of the Contract
2.1 The Seller’s product descriptions are not binding offers but invitations for Clients to make offers.
2.2 Clients submit a binding offer by completing the online order process and clicking the finalization button.
2.3 The Seller may accept the offer within five days by:
Sending a written confirmation (via email or fax);
Shipping the ordered goods; or
Requesting payment.
If the Seller does not accept the offer within this timeframe, it is considered rejected.
2.4 The acceptance period starts the day after the Client submits the offer and ends on the fifth day following submission.
2.5 The Seller stores the contract’s content and sends it to the Client in writing (e.g., via email, fax, or letter) after the order is placed.
2.6 Clients can review and correct their order details before submission.
2.7 Contracts are concluded exclusively in English.
3) Return Policy
Clients have 30 days from receipt of goods to request a return.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@fireplacesharp.com. If accepted, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after return approval. If a refund is delayed beyond 15 business days, contact support@fireplacesharp.com.
